THE FIRST EXHIBITION OF THE YEAR

갤러리 신라 서울이 2024년을 맞아 라는 제목으로 2024년 1월 1일 새벽 00시 10분에 전시를 오픈합니다. 이로써 2020년부터 매년 1월 1일 00시 10분에 전시를 오픈한 갤러리 신라는, 오는 2024년에도 세계에서 그 해의 처음 열리는 전시를 선보입니다.

갤러리 한해의 기조를 보여 주는 상징성을 가진 전시이자, 매해 전세계 최초의 전시라는 상징을 보여주는 이번 전시는 2024년 갤러리 신라의 기조는 “새로움, 대구와 서울의 새로움” 을 보여주는 전시이기도 하다. 1월 1일에 오픈하여 2월 2일에 종료되는 이번 전시는 본관이 있는 대구의 작가들을 소개하는 동시에 2020년부터 서울에 새롭게 자리를 잡으며 인연을 맺게 된 작가들을 소개하며 갤러리의 방향성을 제시한다.

Gallery Shilla Seoul will open an exhibition titled on January 1, 2024, at 00:10 a.m. for the year 2024. With this, Gallery Shilla, which has opened its exhibitions at 00:10 on January 1 every year since 2020, will also present the first exhibition of the year in 2024.

The exhibition, which is symbolic of the gallery's yearly theme and the symbolism of being the first exhibition in the world each year, is also a showcase for Gallery Shilla's theme for 2024: "Newness, the newness of Daegu and Seoul". Opening on January 1 and closing on February 2, the exhibition will showcase artists from Daegu, where the gallery is based, while also introducing artists who have been established in Seoul since 2020, providing a new direction for the gallery.
